Our Service Policy

As we've said, our homeowners get our full attention
. In fact, we feel so strongly about that, we've created a Service Policy to demonstrate our commitment.


Janssen Homes Service Policy

In our effort to ensure you receive the best service we can provide we want to let you know what to expect from us.

Our first goal is to complete any items from your initial pre-possession walk through list within two weeks. There may be a few items that take a little longer based on time to receive a new product to replace a deficient one or those reliant on warmer, dryer weather conditions.

Our next service period is at forty five (45) days from possession. If you have any other service items that you have noticed after the initial walk through period we request that you would fax them to us (247-4025) in list form at this time.

The following service period extends to the year end. If you discover any service issues in this time please collect them and fax or mail them to us close to the end of the first year of possession.

If any issue arises that needs immediate attention please call our office at 288-1722.

We also appreciate your feedback. If you notice that an issue is not being addressed after a reasonable period of time, please call and let us know.
