Our first goal is to complete any items from your initial pre-possession walk through list within two weeks. There may be a few items that take a little longer based on time to receive a new product to replace a deficient one or those reliant on warmer, dryer weather conditions. Our next service period is at forty five (45) days from possession. If you have any other service items that you have noticed after the initial walk through period we request that you would fax them to us (247-4025) in list form at this time. The following service period extends to the year end. If you discover any service issues in this time please collect them and fax or mail them to us close to the end of the first year of possession.
